Electrician Arcadia Vale 

Arcadia Vale is a quiet lakeside suburb laid out in 1922 on a Halloran garden-city plan of curving streets and small parks. Original fibro waterfront cottages and Depression-era boatshed dwellings sit alongside later brick-veneer homes and recent waterfront rebuilds on the large blocks that line the foreshore.

That mix keeps our local work varied. Along Alexander Parade and the older streets off Glade Street, many mid-century cottages were never retrofitted with RCD safety switches across every circuit, so upgrading protection is one of the most common jobs we do here. The renovation activity is just as steady, with rebuilds and extensions on the big waterfront blocks routinely triggering full rewires of ageing original wiring. Add modern appliances, a workshop or an EV charger and older supply can quickly reach its limit.

Sitting on the western shore of Australia's largest coastal saltwater lake, brackish lake air off the foreshore is hard on outdoor gear, weathering fittings and connections on exposed waterfront blocks over time.
